Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

After that, items typically arrive to customers within:

USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) 
Canada: 5-10 business days

During our busy holidays, please allow for the full extent of the shipping window as you plan your gift giving experience. In the peak of the season, there may be a cutoff date announced to ensure on-time deliveries. Any orders placed after this date may be subject to a slight shipping delay.

If 3 or more items are shipped in the same package, it may incur a heavy shipping charge: an additional $6 + $4/item. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to Europe or the UK.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tasteful Tokens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tastefultokens.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost Packages

Tasteful Tokens does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as delivered by the carrier unless the order was purchased with Package Protection.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Priority shipping is delivered by FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our jewelry is custom-made for each individual. We DO NOT offer returns. We offer remakes for products that simply do not meet our standard of quality. While we hope this is a rare occurrence, any faulty or poor-quality products will be remade free of charge.

To be eligible for a remake, send a receipt and a picture of your product and packing to support@tastefultokens.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@tastefultokens.com within 30 days to see if you're eligible for a remake.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
